Overview
I-N-TECH’s smart road devices are designed to capture a portion of the mechanical energy transferred by vehicles passing over a road-mounted mechanism and convert it into electricity for nearby infrastructure.
The proposed system combines energy harvesting with traffic monitoring for controlled, low-speed locations such as toll plazas, access roads and logistics hubs. Recovered energy can support selected lighting and sensor loads, subject to site conditions and validated output.
Key Features
- Vehicle-activated energy harvesting
- Modular road-mounted design
- Battery storage and power management integration
- Energy generation and vehicle-count monitoring
- IoT connectivity and remote dashboard integration
- Potential supply to LED lighting and traffic sensors
- Serviceable modules for planned maintenance
Technical Specifications
